- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup rose petals (the fragrant type – unsprayed with chemicals), washed and dried
- Heat the honey in a pot on low heat until it turns runny.
- Add the rose petals and simmer on very low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool it. Use with bread or as required.
- If you do not want the rose petals, you can strain it.
