Rose Petal Honey

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup rose petals (the fragrant type – unsprayed with chemicals), washed and dried


  1. Heat the honey in a pot on low heat until it turns runny.
  2. Add the rose petals and simmer on very low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool it. Use with bread or as required.
  3. If you do not want the rose petals, you can strain it.
