    • Email or call us to inquire about or book our Class
    • Request/receive information from us electronically
    • Make credit card payments and/or EFTs to us, although such information is transferred to a secure, online payment service which is hosted outside of our Website and such information is not retained or stored by Cookery Magic.

We may, via the Website, also collect your non-personal information such as domain and IP addresses which may be stored on your computer as a cookie-file and in a statistics file on the web server. We may use such information, without your consent, to, among other things, measure the number of visitors to our Website and for marketing purposes.
  3. We use your personal data to keep you posted on our latest announcements, promotions, class updates and upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can, at any time, unsubscribe from our mailing list or simply inform us in writing or via email. We will put this into effect within 10 business days. You can also contact us at any time if you wish to verify or withdraw any personal data.
  4. We take photographs and/or videos during our Class. Unless you otherwise expressly inform us not to, we may post these on our Website, Facebook, Instagram or in any other medium or form.

Any personal data we collect is stored in databases and access is strictly controlled and limited only to us and our agents who require the data to perform a specific job under the same obligations for protection of personal data.
