You’re invited to my home to learn how to cook popular Asian and Singaporean cuisine. From wannabe chefs to Cordon Bleu artistes, I have the class for you. My hands-on cooking class is followed by a sit-down meal and pleasant conversation. And sometimes the cat comes over to say hello, if he is in the mood! 


Cooking Holidays For almost 16 years, people from all over the world have been to my cooking classes and brought home their best souvenir – the ability to recreate the flavours they savoured on their holiday in Singapore. This motivates me to share all I know so that everyone goes home full. No pun intended. Cook like Locals Some of my most enthusiastic students are expats who love local food. I am always eager to share the secrets of local cuisine so you get not only a cooking class but a cultural and heritage tour. Best of all, you’ll learn how to taste for authenticity the next time you’re eating out. Microgreens The 1st time I had coriander microgreen with a salad, I thought I was in heaven! Microgreens are one of the most versatile and nutritious greens around. I encourage you to grow them. has a wide selection of seeds which are GMO-free, untreated & non-hybrid.


Check out our exciting, one of a kind, Signature cooking class on the offshore island of Pulau Ubin. This class is conducted in the garden of a 100-year-old village house. It is like stepping back into the Singapore of the 1950s.
